I was lucky enough to be able to get away for a few days this past weekend to VT to rejuvenate my soul. Thanks to our friends who housed us and fed our bodies and spirits. thanks to nick for driving. ;) <3

Supposedly, trees have some sort of negative ions that will rejuvenate you and increase your sense of wellness. Google it.

Oh...a trip to those lovely Green Mountains, with lovely people. I have to get that on my To-Do list ASAP! I am jealous :)
